Payment and delivery
To order any Atomium product from the catalog, click the “Add to cart” button next to each product description.
Once you have added all the products you need to your cart, open your cart. Specify the quantity you want to order if you need more than one unit. Enter all the information requested for your order.
When you have done this, click the “Order” button.
Within one business day, we will send an invoice to the email address you provided. Please include your order number when making payment. Once we have received payment in full in our account, your order will be handed over to OMNIVA or "Latvijas Pasts" within one to three business days for delivery to the address you provided (actual delivery time: 2–4 business days). Delivery costs: Omniva Latvija — 2.88 Eur, Omniva Eesti — 6.99 Eur, Omniva Lietuva — 6,99 Eur, "Latvijas Pasts" within Latvia — 3.99 Eur. In Riga, a courier will deliver your order for 3 Eur (free for orders over 70 Eur ). All prices are in Eur and include 21% VAT.
Personal data protection
IU Rik-92 fully protects customers’ personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. IU RIK-92 requests only the minimum information when an order is placed (first name, last name, delivery address) needed for postal or courier delivery, as well as your phone number and email address to send the invoice and clarify delivery details. We do not request or store any other information about the customer. IU Rik-92 does not send advertising emails or text messages. Cookies are used only by Google services to collect statistics on the number of visitors to our store.
Customers’ personal data is stored using all reasonable precautions and for no longer than permitted under applicable regulations and accounting rules. It is then completely deleted. Customers may request the deletion of their data at any time (to the extent that this does not conflict with accounting requirements and the retention period for issued invoices).
IU RIK-92 ensures the protection and security of customers’ personal data and does not disclose it to third parties, as required by the Personal Data Protection Law and other laws of the Republic of Latvia governing the processing and protection of personal data.
By making a purchase from IU RIK-92, the customer agrees to the above rules governing how IU RIK-92 collects and stores their personal data to the extent specified, and authorizes the registration, entry and storage of that data.
Terms
Under the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers’ regulations “Noteikumi par distances ligumu” (Regulations on Distance Contracts), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. However, Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law states that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal. IU "Rik-92" therefore reserves the right to refuse the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the product is not returned in its original packaging, the packaging is damaged, the sealed cap has been opened, or there are signs of careless handling, such as scratches or similar defects.
Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store is I.U."Rik-92" (reg. LV50102014111), legal address: Vangažu 30-20, Riga, Latvia, LV-1024, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
Delivery and payment terms
The Buyer orders goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods ordered. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools provided in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and emailed to the Buyer for the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller will deliver the goods within 3 days of receiving payment, arranging the delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending the Seller a notice of withdrawal. The Seller will send the withdrawal
form to the Buyer by email at the Buyer’s request.
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. The Buyer bears all costs associated with sending the goods
back to the Seller. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if: ▪ the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or are perishable or quickly consumed; ▪ the ordered goods were made specifically for the Buyer to an individual order; ▪ the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording or computer program.
Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods have been damaged through careless handling or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging has been lost, or if the packaging is substantially damaged.
Data processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data they provide will be used so that the Seller can
accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with Latvian law. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order at the email address provided.
