ATOMIUM MOTOTEC — Innovative Protection & Restoration for Moto Equipment
The high-revving engines of motorcycles, ATVs, and jet skis operate under extreme conditions that are unreachable for standard passenger cars. The MOTOTEC tribotechnic series is specifically engineered with motorcycle technology in mind: these compounds restore worn friction zones, protect the engine against overheating, and significantly extend its overall service life.
🛑 The Rider's Main Concern: What about the wet clutch?
Official answer from ATOMIUM engineers: The compound is completely safe for wet clutches (clutches operating in an oil bath). The mineral protective layer forms exclusively on metallic friction surfaces (steel, cast iron). It has absolutely no effect on the clutch friction plates and does not alter their performance characteristics, as they are made of composite materials. The clutch will not slip.
🏍 «MOTOTEC-4» (for 4-stroke engines)
Designed for street and off-road (enduro) motorcycles, ATVs, cruisers, and heavy moto machinery. Compatible with all types of motor oils.
Benefits of MOTOTEC-4 treatment:
- Smoother shifting and a quieter gearbox — if the transmission shares the same oil bath with the engine, the compound treats the gear teeth and bearings. The annoying hum disappears, and gears engage softer and more precisely.
- Overheating protection in traffic — reducing friction losses lowers the thermal load on the engine, preventing critical overheating in hot weather.
- Safe start after winter storage — the formed protective layer firmly retains an oil film on the parts even after months of winter storage. The engine is protected against "dry friction" during the first spring start.
- Restoration of compression and power — optimizing clearances in the cylinder-piston group raises compression, improves fuel combustion, and restores the engine's original power and responsiveness.
- Reduced oil consumption (burning) — the compound seals the piston rings, preventing oil from entering the combustion chamber, which eliminates smoky exhaust.
Instructions for use (MOTOTEC-4):
- Warm up the engine to operating temperature. Turn it off.
- SHAKE the bottle thoroughly so that the mineral sediment at the bottom is completely distributed throughout the liquid.
- Pour the compound into the oil filler hole: half a bottle (for engine displacements up to 500 cm³) or a full bottle (for engine displacements over 500 cm³).
- Start the engine and take a drive in normal mode for 15–20 minutes.
Full 4T engine treatment scheme:
- Stage 1: Add the compound to the old oil 300–400 km before your scheduled oil change (half a bottle for engines under 500 cm³ or a full bottle for engines over 500 cm³). Then, replace the oil and oil filter.
- Stage 2: Add the compound to the fresh oil in the exact same dosage. Continue standard vehicle operation (approximately 1000 km until the protective layer is fully fixed).
🛵 «MOTOTEC-2» (for 2-stroke engines)
Intended for mopeds, scooters, jet skis, chainsaws, as well as two-stroke outboard boat motors and garden equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers).
Benefits of application:
- Increased power and acceleration — by evening out clearances in the cylinder, compression is increased, and the engine responds much easier to the throttle.
- Reduction of noise and vibration — gentle surface cleaning and a dense oil layer make the engine operation noticeably quieter.
- Protection under peak loads — the durable protective layer prevents scuffing (scoring) on the pistons when the engine runs at maximum RPM.
Instructions for use (MOTOTEC-2):
- Warm up and turn off the engine. Shake the bottle thoroughly.
- For separate lubrication systems: pour 1/2 bottle into the oil tank. Repeat the procedure (the second half of the bottle) during the next tank refill (after 5–6 engine hours).
- For premix lubrication systems (mixed with fuel): add the compound directly into the fuel tank at a rate of 5 ml of compound (one teaspoon) per 1 liter of fuel. Repeat the procedure during the next refueling (after 20 engine hours).
- Immediately after adding the compound, start the engine and let it run for 10–15 minutes.
