ATOMIUM Max Hydraulic (200 ml) — Hydraulic Pressure Restoration & Wear Protection

Professional tribotechnical compound designed to restore operating performance and significantly extend the service life of hydraulic systems in commercial vehicles, construction, agricultural, and specialized machinery.
Is your machinery losing power mid-shift? Does the hydraulics slow down or lag as the system heats up?
The primary cause is natural wear and tear of the hydraulic pump components, leading to a critical drop in operating pressure. In the commercial sector, a single day of machinery downtime due to hydraulic failure translates into hundreds or thousands of euros in pure losses.
ATOMIUM Max Hydraulic offers a pragmatic, cost-effective way to restore factory-level performance and insure your equipment against sudden breakdowns—for the price of just a few liters of oil.
How it works
The compound contains an active mineral that triggers under conditions of maximum friction (metal-to-metal contact). It initiates the formation of a durable, specially structured protective metal layer on the surfaces of plungers, pistons, gears, and distributors. This layer partially compensates for wear, optimizes clearances, and retains a dense oil film on mating surfaces.
Key benefits for your machinery and business:
  • Restoration of nominal operating pressure. Reducing and optimizing clearances within the hydraulic pump restores its design performance. The machinery responds faster and more precisely, even under extreme loads and high temperatures.
  • 1.5 to 2x extended service life. The protective layer minimizes friction in the most heavily loaded components, significantly delaying the need for expensive overhauls.
  • Accelerated break-in period. The compound speeds up the proper seating of new components after a rebuild, eliminating the risks of local overheating or scuffing.
Honest Engineering: What you must know before application
We do not promise miracles; we speak the language of physics understood by professional mechanics. Before purchasing and applying the compound, please consider two critical technical factors:
  1. ATOMIUM works only with metal, NOT rubber!
The compound cannot restore or reactivate old, dried-out, or torn rubber seals and gaskets. Furthermore, as ATOMIUM restores pump geometry and system pressure rapidly rises back to factory nominal levels, "tired" joints and worn-out seals may begin to weep or leak.
If an old seal leaks after treatment, it is the ultimate indicator that ATOMIUM has worked 100% and your pump is delivering peak pressure again. Be prepared to simply replace cheap rubber consumables, knowing that the heart of your hydraulic system (the pump) is now in ideal condition.
  2. The Fresh Oil Rule: Do not add to degraded fluid!
The active microparticles must interact with clean metal surfaces. Adding the compound to old, oxidized hydraulic oil saturated with dirt, moisture, and wear debris will cause the active components to bind with the sludge, rendering the treatment ineffective. The product must be applied strictly during or immediately after a hydraulic fluid change.
Instructions for use & Dosage
Strict adherence to the application process ensures maximum results:
  1. System Preparation: Drain the old hydraulic fluid, replace the filters, and fill the system with fresh operating oil.
  2. Warming up: Run the hydraulic system until it reaches normal operating temperature. Turn off the machinery.
  3. Shaking: Shake the bottle of ATOMIUM Max Hydraulic thoroughly for 1–2 minutes to ensure the active sediment at the bottom is completely redistributed throughout the liquid.
  4. Application: Pour the compound into the warm, fresh oil through the standard filler opening at a ratio of 5 ml of compound per 1 liter of hydraulic fluid. Use the markings on the label edge for precise measurement.
  5. Setting the layer: Immediately after adding the compound, start the machinery and ensure continuous operation under normal working load for 20 to 50 minutes.
Following this procedure, the machinery can be operated according to its regular schedule.
Application Frequency:
The protective metal layer on hydraulic components is subject to natural wear under the extreme workloads typical of specialized machinery. To maintain stable maximum pressure and continuous wear protection, it is highly recommended to add ATOMIUM Max Hydraulic during every scheduled hydraulic oil change.
